About the Inter-Canyon League
Organized in response to the devastating flood of 1969, the Inter-Canyon League is a nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting and preserving the Canyon's unique way of life. Major accomplishments include organizing community events; securing grant funds to help families devastated by disasters; hosting information meetings such as Meet the Candidate Nights; raising thousands of dollars for the financially strapped Silverado Library; sponsoring the annual Pet Clinic; supporting the Volunteer Firefighters’ annual breakfast; organizing the annual Canyon Clean Sweep, and publishing the canyon directory.
